By purchasing a ticket to Design Conclave (the “Event”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing a ticket.

Tickets are sold subject to availability. All purchases are final—no exchanges or refunds—unless stated in our Refund Policy. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to all ticket sales as per the prevailing rate.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue. Any major updates will be communicated to all registered attendees in advance.

Entry Requirements
Only individuals with a valid ticket will be granted entry. Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with these terms.

Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior and follow venue rules. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee found to be disruptive, abusive, or in violation of event rules, without refund.

The Event organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, losses, or damages to property that occur during the Event. Attendance is at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Entry is strictly restricted to individuals aged 16 years and above. Children and individuals below this age will not be allowed into the event premises under any circumstances.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, ticket holders will be offered:-
